Cover Model Contest
We are hosting a very special cover model contest starting July 1st, 2017 and ending September 22nd, 2017; winner to be announced September 29th. The theme of the contest is CRITICALLY endangered species. Examples of this are the Bornean Orangutan, Hawksbill Turtle, Amur Leopard, Javan Rhino, Malayan Tiger, and the Yangtze Finless Porpoise. Along with your photo submissions you will need to include a short description of the animal you are representing (150-300 words), why it's endangered, how many remain, what can be done, why it's important to save them, etc.; along with your own bio, contact info, social media, and email. The purpose of this contest is to spread awareness of these animals plight and encourage people to take action. For this reason, ALL submitted photos will be posted on this site and may be subject to appearing on other media outlets. If this is a concern DO NOT ENTER this contest. Winner will be based on creativity, how well the animal is represented, quality of the photo, and the short essay. Be sure to review and abide by the relevant submission rules.

Step 3: Wait until the 1st of the month for us to announce and post the winner!

- Always FREE to enter!
- You must be the copyright holder to the image(s) being submitted or have written permission from the copyright holder to submit the image.
- You must include credit for all parties involved.
- Image should be free from any visual watermarks, text, or overlays.
- Image must be of professional, high quality, JPEG/JPG files in the RGB color space and between 1000-1200 pixels on its longest side.
- Image should include an adopted, adoptable or rescued animal.
- Must include 150-300 words describing why you chose to be a member of MSA, about the photo and what animal cruelty and cruelty free means to you.
