1. Blood Orange Margarita
2 oz blood orange juice
1.5 oz tequila juice from 1 wedge of lime
3 oz ginger beer
Combine into a cocktail shaker.
Mix granulated sugar, blood orange juice and blood orange zest in a bowl
Rim glass
Fill the glass with ice
Pour
Add grated ginger for a stronger flavor
2. Vitality Vodka and Lemonade
1 cucumber
2 celery stalks
half a handful of baby spinach
one small piece of ginger
rated2 green apples
Mix all ingredients in a juicer or blender, with ice
Top with more grated ginger
Add vodka to your preference
3. Vegan White Russian
6 oz almond milk
1 oz vodka
½ oz Kahlua Vegan chocolate sauce to top with Ice
Add almond milk, vodka, Kahlua and blend till smooth
Pour over ice
Top with chocolate sauce
4. G & Fizz Prosecco Cocktail
Prosecco
1 oz GinElderflower cordial
One cucumber, sliced thin
Mint sprigs to garnish
Slice cucumbers and line the bottom of the glass
Pour your elder flower cordial, and an ounce of gin into the glass.
Top with Prosecco, add mint for garnish
5. Rosewater and Lemon Spritzer
2 tbsp rosewater
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 ½ oz vodka
2 tbsp agave
½ cup of sparkling water
Combine rose water, lemon juice vodka, and honey in a cocktail shaker filled with ice
Shake vigorously and enjoy!
½ cup diced strawberries
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp finely chopped basil
1 oz brandy
1 cup chilled prosecco
Mix strawberries, ginger, sugar, basil and brandy
Let sit in the fridge for a few hours
Pour mixture into a cup and top with prosecco and ice
7. Coconut and Rum Iced Coffee
1 cup strong hot coffee
1 tbsp coconut sugar1
1/2 oz rum
¼ cup vanilla coconut milk
Whipped coconut cream for topping
Brew coffee as normal and stir in sugar to dissolve
Set it aside overnight to cool
Fill a glass with ice, and pour rum over the ice
Add coffee, then coconut milk
Top with coconut whipped cream
8. Rum Swizzle Cocktail
1 oz dark rum
1 oz white rum
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice.
Shake vigorously and enjoy!
9. Hibiscus and Cherry Cocktail
½ cup fresh cherries
½ tsp dried hibiscus flowers
1 tsp honey lemon juice
¼ cup pineapple juice
Vodka to taste
* Passion fruit iced tea
Pit and mash cherries.
Add a cup of water and bring to a boil
Remove from heat and add hibiscus
Let steep for ten minutes
Strain, discard the leftover flowers and cherries
Add in honey, lemon juice, pineapple juice and vodka.
Chill in the fridge for at least an hour
Pour over ice and top with passion fruit iced tea
10. Pineapple and Mint Frappe
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 green apple
¼ cup cucumbera
handful of baby spinach
Juice of half a lime
½ cup of coconut water
½ cup of water
4 tbsp mint
Vodka to taste
Crushed ice
Combine pineapple, apple, cucumber, spinach, lime juice, coconut water, mint in a blender
Add water and blend till smooth
Pour vodka in a glass with crushed ice
Pour mixture over ice
