Chocolate chip banana bread
First you are going to need the following ingredients:
1 ½ of baking powder
2 1/2 Cups of brown rice
½ teaspoons of baking soda
½ teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
¼ cup of melted coconut oil
½ cup chocolate chips
Six mashed bananas
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 beaten eggs
¼ a cup of maple syrup
Alright so let's get started!
Directions:
1. First line your pan with the parchmet paper,and preheat the stove to 350 F
2. Next use brown Rice flour, salt, cinnamon , baking soda, and baking powder, then mix these into a big bowl.
3. Use another bowl and mash up bananas , and then mix this with oil, eggs , vanilla , and the maple
4. After, let's combine the mixtures , and then throw in the chocolate chips!
5. Next pour the batter into the pan and then cook until it’s golden, and then enjoy!

Vegan Carrot Cake Cookies
You will need the following ingredients:
2 cups of almond meal
1 large carrot
½ cup of shredded coconut
¼ cup of baking soda
½ cup of baking powder
1 egg
¼ cup of coconut oil
¼ cup of pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions:
1. First, preheat the oven to 350, and then shave small pieces of the carrot.
2. Next mix the coconut , baking powder , baking soda and the almond meal into a bowl
3. Then melt the coconut oil in the microwave
4. Then mix the egg, the coconut oil , the maple syrup and the vanilla into a bowl to create the mix.
5. Shape the dough into some cookies and then spread them onto the parchment paper.
Once these bake for 18 minutes, pull these amazing cookies out of the oven and then enjoy

2 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of brown sugar
⅔ cup of whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
⅔ cups of apple sauce
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 cup of dried cranberries
½ cup chocolate chips
¼ cup shredded coconut
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees , and use parchment paper if needed.
2. Mix the oat , brown sugar , flour , chia seeds , cinnamon , baking soda , baking powder and the salt into a bowl. And then fold condiments into the dough and then cook these cookies till they are lightly browned for a good ten to 15 minutes! enjoy!
