1 Cup Of Coconut Water
1/2 Cup Of Mango Juice
2 large Granny Smith Apples: Cored And Chopped
2 Cups Of Packed Red Leaf Lettuce Or Romaine
2/3 Cup Of Loosely Packed Fresh Parsley Leaves
1/3 Cup Of Packed Fresh Cilantro Leaves
1/2 Cup Of Frozen Mango Chunks
1/4 Cup Of Packed Avocado
4 Teaspoons Of Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Small Pieces Of Peeled Fresh Turmeric
5 Or 6 Large Ice Cubes
Instructions:
- Add the coconut water and mango juice into a high-speed blender. Take a half batch for small blenders.
- Now add the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high until smooth. If you have a Vitamix, use the tamper stick to get things moving. Be free to adjust the sweetness. If it's too tart, feel free to add some liquid sweetener.
