1 1/2 cups fresh watermelon pulp, seedless
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup banana - frozen or fresh
3/4 cup plain almond milk
30 ml lemon juice
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Method:
1. Toss all ingredients into your trusty blender and whizz it till everything is smooth and creamy.
2. Add more milk or less according to your preferred thickness.
3. For a deliciously chilled smoothie, crush ice along with everything else.
