You will need two 15 ounce white beans drained, two tsp.extra virgin oil,.5 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 12 slices multi grain bread, 1 small red onion thinly sliced, 1 cucumber thinly sliced, 1 5 ounce container sprouts ( such as alfalfa, radish, broccoli, or a combination.), and two avocados thinly sliced.
Take your cans of beans, salt, oil, and pepper and combined them in a bowl. Smash the mixture with a fork till smooth. Spread the mixture on 8 slices of bread and add the onions, cucumber, sprouts, and avocado. Put the open faced sides on each other to make a double Decker sandwich or just place another slice of bread on the sandwich and enjoy!
