At China's LeHe Ledu Wildlife Zoo the humans become the attraction and the big cat population roams free. Operating on the basis that the human species have encroached enough on the habitats of wild animals, the one-of-a-kind visiting option lets you briefly enter the feline's environment while making sure they feel comfortable free from cage bars.
Visitor’s also have the opportunity to feed the animal's specific foods while under strict supervision from animal caregivers. Zoo spokeswoman Chang Llang says that the designer's of the attraction aimed to provide the thrill of being hunted by the felines without the risk. Still, some worry about the safety of visitors when feeding enters the equation. Chang however, says that tourists coming to visit are well aware of the danger before entering, noting that a hungry tiger may not think twice of making them breakfast.
